Meat.

Okay, I know this may be a little gross to some (Ashley!), but I just had to document the quantity of meat I used in a mega batch of mole chili I made for our party Friday night. We rarely cook with meat anymore, and never red meat, so having this in our kitchen was quite the spectacle. Jessica kindly helped me cube the stuff with our dull knives which took a couple hours. The chili, btw, is stunningly yummy. Seriously. Man!
