But he's in GREAT health! Growing nicely, almost too nicely. His weight-to-length ratio has been going up and up so she said we need to really wean him off those middle of the night bottles, not just for his sleeping but for is waistline! Length/height? 2ft 6inch. Weight? 25lb 14oz. Head? 99th percentile! But she wasn't concerned that his head is bigger that 98% of other babies his age since I told her that it runs in the family. Poor "Big Head Ben".
But as my sister noted, Lewis does have much more of a neck than Art did at the same age. Art even noticed Lewis's neck, however he just noticed it wasn't a big one. "Lewis has a small neck. Why does he have a small neck?"
About Art, he likes school and will actually admit it now - almost. In fact he actually said, "Kind of," when I asked him if he liked school. He asks at least once a day if it is school-time. I don't know how much of his need to know is because he wants to go, how much is because he doesn't want to go and how much is because he just doesn't know how to keep track of the days of the week. All three, of course.
Ooops. A chair just butted up against my butt. That would be Lewis pushing a chair around the room. It's not unusual to be looking at the dining room table and all of a sudden one of the chairs starts to move itself out.

Hmmm, maybe you should have quizzed Jess about head size before you were married! Do you have , or have you seen, the picture my mom took of all of us at the Lake in the '50s? See if you can see a copy of it somewhere and check out the over-all head size and then try not to gasp when you see the skinny runt on the far left with the head "like an orange in a toothpick"!!!!
