Well, Art is two today (!) and I am happy to say that he is a happy, healthy BOY. He is all boy. He loves trucks and fire engines and trains. This was a TRAIN DAY - Ben got a great train set for Art with construction vehicles and an airstrip and all sorts of fun parts and Art and I went to the Model Train Museum, a huge room with the biggest model train.... 'set' is not the word... WORLD is more like it. It had replicas of old Minneapolis, a few towns from the fifties, back when the streetcars were still running in the TWin Cities, had a Mississippi River with a ferry boat that had the coolest looking fake wake behind it, and five or six trains running around this huge, expansive layout. I was totally distracted by how cool the whole thing was and didn't really get agood picture of Art, but it doesn't matter. He was totally focused on the trains, too, and probably would not have looked at the camera anyway. Check it out!!!

We started our day making blueberry muffins together and then blew out candles for his birthday, which he wanted to do over and over. I think he blew out his candles about seven times. Lots of fun! More to come in the next two years!!!
